Unique work is unknowable. The only way to learn is by doing. We need to minimise time to learning and value, to make the unknowable, knowable.

We need to have hypotheses and run experiments, which are safe to intelligently fail (cheap, fast, safe).

There is no such thing as a failed experiment, only learning.

➡️ Call to action: nurture psychological safety (an absence of fear). Treat everything as a learning moment. Blame-free culture, it's the system, or the perverse incentives, not the person.
