Antipattern: Water-Scrum-Fall.

Big Up Front Planning, Big Bang release, feature or story or story point counting, with the word Sprint ten times in the middle.

Predicting the future at the point of having learnt the least.
Delivery risk is still shifted to the right, when there is the least time to respond. Learning is late.
Expected Opportunity Loss is high (cost of being wrong x probability of being wrong).

A deterministic mindset continuing, dressed up with faux emergence.

This does not optimise for outcomes in a context of work which is unique, with unknown unknowns.
